Dr Sipho has over 20 years’ experience in construction and management. He holds a PhD from the University of South Africa (UNISA). He is also a graduate of UNISA School of Business Leadership (SBL), where he obtained his MBA on Corporate Governance and Ethics. In addition, Dr Sipho has received a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Professional Management from UNISA SBL.

Upon all his qualifications, Dr Sipho started by studying Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Biochemistry, and then Civil Management and Construction Methods.

Nthabiseng has over 20 years’ experience in the engineering industry having gained considerable experience in this field from companies such as Transnet and Eskom specializing in capital project management. Nthabiseng has also worked with Suzlon Wind Energy South Africa, as an Electrical Head of Department, for the construction of the Cookhouse Wind Farm.

She is a registered member of ECSA; SACPCMP & SAIEE. She holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power) from Pretoria Technikon; a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from UNISA; a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of KwaZulu Natal (Dissertation).
